At PVAAccStore (https://pvaaccstore.com/), we strive to provide high-quality Phone Verified Accounts (PVA). Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund and return policy is strictly governed by the following terms:

1. Digital Product Nature

Because our products are digital credentials (usernames and passwords) that are delivered instantly or via email, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once the credentials have been sent to you, the sale is considered final.

2. No Monetary Refunds

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances once the account details have been delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.”

  • We do not offer refunds if you no longer need the accounts.

  • we do not offer refunds if you lack the technical knowledge (proxies/multilogin) to use the accounts properly.

3. The 24-Hour Replacement Policy (Our Guarantee)

While we don’t offer refunds, we do offer replacements for faulty accounts.

  • Validity: You have 24 hours from the timestamp of delivery to report any issues.

  • Covered Issues: We will replace accounts that are:

    • Unable to log in due to “Invalid Credentials.”

    • Suspended or banned at the moment of first login (DOA – Dead on Arrival).

    • Not meeting the specific description (e.g., wrong country or age).

4. How to Request a Replacement

To claim a replacement, you must contact us via Telegram (@pvaaccstore) or Email ([email protected]) within the 24-hour window with the following:

  1. Your Order ID.

  2. The specific Username(s) of the faulty accounts.

  3. A screenshot of the login error or account status.

5. Important Usage Warnings (Voiding Warranty)

Your replacement guarantee is void (cancelled) if:

  • You attempt to log into multiple accounts from the same IP/Browser without using high-quality proxies (we recommend 4G/Residential proxies).

  • You change the recovery email or password immediately (this can trigger security flags on platforms like Reddit).

  • The account is banned after you have successfully logged in and started posting/spamming.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation and a full refund only if your order has not yet been processed or delivered. Once the “Order Complete” email is sent, no cancellations are possible.
