2. 24-Hour Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our accounts.

  • Scope: We offer a 24-hour replacement guarantee from the moment of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Replacements are only provided if the account is “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) or cannot be logged into due to credentials or verification issues.

  • Exclusions: We do not provide replacements if:

    • The account is banned due to your IP quality (using bad Proxies or VPNs).

    • The account is banned for violating the specific platform’s (e.g., Reddit) posting rules.

    • You have changed the recovery email or sensitive security settings immediately after login.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Timeframe: Standard delivery for Reddit and other packages is 6–72 hours.

4. No Refund Policy
